- update_symlinks.sh should be fixed
- when single stepping, the instruction after RDTSC should now show up in the trace
- write-to buffer zeroed out in ether_read_guest before attempting guest reads
- integrated Danny Quist's PE header fixups for dumps (very handy for analysis/better VirusTotal results)
- integrated Danny Quist's unpacking in userspace patch
- other minor fixes
